Jacqueline Wright, MA, LPCC, ATR-P
Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I’m Jacqueline. I’ve long been drawn to the images that surface in our inner lives, the feelings that linger, the patterns that repeat, and the parts of ourselves that speak in ways words cannot always reach. I believe our dreams, emotions, bodies, and creative expressions can offer glimpses into the deeper layers of our experience, bringing awareness to what has been difficult to name and opening pathways toward healing. Sometimes, meaningful change begins not with finding an answer, but with becoming curious about what is emerging.
Together, we’ll make space to explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and creativity. My role is to offer a warm, attuned therapeutic relationship where you can begin to understand old patterns, listen to the parts of yourself that may have gone unheard, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. I believe growth unfolds when we approach our experiences with greater openness, allowing insight, imagination, and self-understanding to emerge in their own time.
I work with thoughtful, sensitive, and creative adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth. My approach is holistic, relational, and trauma-informed, drawing on depth psychology and the understanding that our experiences often hold meaning beyond what we consciously recognize. I integrate talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices, making room for both words and images, reflection and felt experience, as pathways toward greater self-understanding and connection.
I earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Transpersonal Art Therapy, from Naropa University. My work is grounded in attachment theory, developmental psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, and a trauma-informed understanding of the mind-body connection. Whether through conversation, creative expression, dream exploration, or attention to the body, I hope to support you in cultivating a richer relationship with yourself, feeling more at home in your own experience, and creating new possibilities for how you want to live and relate.
