  • Trauma Resolution, Integration and Recovery.

    We service clients struggling with developmental and complex trauma as well as PTSD, survivors of traumatic events, and chronic stress and trauma. We use comprehensive approaches that engage somatic resources and processing through the body, integration of fragmentation into wholeness through parts work, and building a sense of security in the body through polyvagal skill acquisition, empowerment through psychoeducation, resolution through integration of these and other attachment, body-based, mindfulness based, EMDR and other trauma recovery informed approaches.

  • Anxiety & Chronic Stress Support.

    Anxiety is one of the most pervasive mental health challenges in Western Culture and anxiety, overwhelming stress, and chronic stress have become increasingly prevalent struggles in modern life. Daily experiences of chronic fear states, social anxiety, a sense insecurity in relationships, worry, self doubt, and inability to feel safe and secure in the body, relationships, and our world, are just some forms anxiety and chronic experiences of stress can take. We use cutting edge methods and approaches to support clients struggling with anxiety, by working directly with the nervous system, regulation through activating a sense of security in the body, and drawing on, strengthening, our attachment systems in connecting with self and others from the inside out. We use attachment informed approaches, Somatic (body-based) approaches, Mindfulness-Based, Narrative, Integrative Parts Work, EMDR, and psychoeducation with neuroscience informed practices to skillfully regulate the nervous system and find relief.

  • Depression & Grief.

    Depression can be a painful and very personal experience of numbness, loss of vitality, sadness, emptiness, loneliness, and a state of the brain and body which can be challenging to move through, find relief, find understanding and connection through.

    Grief is a force in our lives to be reckoned with, and will be experienced profoundly throughout the lifespan as we encounter, deep and sudden losses, transitions, and being faced with reconciling loss.

    We can draw on the body’s natural capacities for moving through depression drawing on support of internal and external resources, nervous system & body-based interventions, attachment-based, mindfulness-based, and neuroscience-informed interventions to find support, relief, restoration and recovery.
