Charlie Stevenson, LPC

Hi, my name is Charlie Stevenson. Being a teen or young adult is hard. You might be

navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, relationship stress, or simply

feeling unsure about what comes next. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I work with teens and young adults (ages 13-25) to help them cultivate the tools they

need to navigate through some of the most chaotic times in their lives with confidence

and joy. I received my master’s degree in transpersonal wilderness therapy from Naropa

University in 2023 and have since become EMDR-trained, and Certified as a

Mindfulness-Informed Practitioner.

My approach integrates EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and nature-

based therapy - as well as experiential learning through therapeutic play. In sessions, we

focus on building practical tools while also exploring deeper patterns and experiences

that may be contributing to your current struggles.

Therapy can be hard work — but it can also funny, light, and cheerful. I believe all are

important pieces to finding your path. I’m here to walk beside you through the serious,

confusing, painful, and hopeful parts of your story.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is open, collaborative, and invested in your growth, I

would be honored to connect.
